News about "Le 6 à Table"

In Caromb, Pascal and Claire Poulain's restaurant, the 6 à table, was mentioned this year for the first time in the Michelin Guide, as well as in the Bib Gourmand, the "smart guide" of Michelin: The restaurant owners celebrated this beautiful recognition of their work at the Saint Marc winery. In the presence of the mayor of Caromb, Leopold Meynaud, of the sous-prefet of Carpentras Didier François, and many personalities of the economic and associative world of Caromb, Pascal Poulain recalled that he had already been in this same winery, with his father, to celebrate the mention of the "Four à chaux" in the Michelin guide, which was then his father's restaurant, in which he was already cooking.

At the heart of the village of Caromb, at the foothills of Ventoux and facing the church, "Le 6 à table" welcomes you, for lunch and dinner, from Tuesday to Saturday. In the dining room with its open kitchen, table d'hôte on one side, bistro atmosphere on the other, or on the shaded terrace, the old pastry shop of the village managed to keep its cachet and its authenticity. In this warm and original decor, reflecting the art of living in the Provence, the chef Pascal Poulain offers dishes which combine inventiveness and lightness, made from local products, accompanied by wines from here (but not only ... ) rigorously sefected by Claire.

Upstairs, a room of 20 seats can accommodate family meals, small receptions, friendly or professional meetings in a cozy and friendly atmosphere.
